1. How Quickly Will You Ship The Item Out?
All items are shipped out on the Wednesday following your payment.
Example:
You purchase an in stock item on Tuesday, it will be mailed out that Wednesday.
If you purchase a back order item, it will be shipped out not that Wednesday but the following Wednesday.


2. How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is at a flat rate of $15.00 for those living in the US.
To those outside of the US, there is a flat rate of $25.00.


3. What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
At this time, we only accept payment through Pay Pal.
In the future we hope to expand this.


4. HOW Do You Pay? I only see COD as my payment option.
Because this system is so new to us, we have made it so the COD is the only option at this time.
Continue your order as you normally would. Once your order is complete, please review and make sure that everything is correct.
Await an email from order@snowfallsatnight with our pay pal email address.
Send payment to that address. Once it is received, your items will be shipped out either that Wednesday or the Following Wednesday
depending on if the item is in stock or back ordered.


5. Something I really wanted to buy is sold out. Will you have more of this item?
It's kind of hard to say for sure if we can or cannot restock certain items.
Some fabrics we have are limited and are hard to reorder.
However, if a certain design is well liked, you can expect to see it in different fabrics!


6. Can you replicate a certain item for me, or do custom orders?
At this time, we are not taking any custom orders.


7. Do you accept returns?
Every item sent out is looked over very carefully.
We do not send out damaged goods.
If for some reason your item is defective or damaged once received, please contact us immediately.
Items that have been used or worn cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.


8. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes.
We ship worldwide.
